Acceptable Use Policy
Filepub is a free file hosting service operating within the United States of America and available in most foreign countries. We currently do not limit access to our file servers based on location and/or IP Ranges. The following Acceptable Use Clauses apply to any and all people who choose to use the free FilePub service and/or access files stored on FilePub's servers. If at anytime you feel that you can not or will not comply with our Acceptable Use Definitions: Copyrighted files as designated by US Copyright law. We will honor foreign Copyright laws where applicable.

Unacceptable Uses of the Filepub File Hosting Service Include:
- Uploading pornographic or obscene content.
- Uploading Copyrighted content without the permission of the Copyright holder.
- Uploading Warez.
- Uploading items related to Phishing Pages.
- Uploading content deemed illegal by US Law.

First time offenses will result in both file removal and possible suspension of both your account and/or access to Filepub.com. Second time offenses will result in total bans on registration, accounts, and access to Filepub.

Copyright Holders can contact us via our Contact section or at Webmaster@Filepub.com to discuss any and all concerns. We remove all copyrighted files at request and pursuant to the DMCA.
