Terms of Service
(Note: These apply to all users including visitors of Filepub)

No adult content. This includes, but is not limited to nudity of any type, scenes of body mutilation or death, and overly violent images or videos.

No copyrighted files. Filepub is a firm supporter of US & International copyright laws. You are not allowed to upload any copyrighted files, unless you contact us (Prior to uploading the file) with written confirmation from the copyright holder. When we discover non-disclosed copyright files, we will delete the file, and ban the IP of the uploader, with no exceptions.

All users agree upon uploading a file that Filepub is in no way responsible for the actual file. We are a free service and provide no guarantee of service when you upload a file. Files remain your property, and you can contact us at anytime to have your file removed.

No malicious files may be uploaded (Viruses, Cracks, Hacks, and Similar Items).

Please make your filenames as descriptive as possible to help others when they view your file.
